The room was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, which was great for our family. The breakfast area was too crowded, making it difficult to find a seat. Wonderful location with quick access to local attractions, plus a nice golf course nearby.

I absolutely loved the spacious room layout with a kitchenette! The pools, hot tubs, and lazy river were perfect for my kids, and the staff kept our room fresh every day. Plus, the location was so peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle.
can just recommend ❤️❤️

Spacious rooms with kitchenettes were perfect for my family. The breakfast setup was cramped and chaotic during peak hours. Nearby golf course is a fun option for adults. Would stay again!

Our experience at Leconte Hotel was delightful. The location offered a peaceful retreat close to the parkway, while the rooms were impeccably clean and the beds exceptionally comfortable.

This hotel offers an awesome central base to explore Pigeon Forge, with famous attractions like Dollywood just over 3 kilometers away and the thrilling Island in Pigeon Forge only a short walk of about 2 kilometers; you can absolutely enjoy family-friendly entertainment at nearby places like Dolly Parton's Stampede and the Smoky Mountain Car Museum, both within 2 kilometers, while the beautiful swimming pools and hot tubs provide a relaxing retreat after your adventures. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious, making our stay comfortable, but the breakfast could use some improvement.

The room was spacious and had a fully stocked kitchen. The beds felt like full size instead of queen, but they were comfortable. The shower was a highlight; two people could fit comfortably, and there was plenty of space overall. Blackout blinds really helped with sleep. cleanliness could improve. There was dust on surfaces, including the phones. The air conditioning wasn’t ideally positioned, making it hard to adjust room temperature effectively. The elevator was frustratingly slow, impacting convenience significantly. The friendly staff and quiet location were definite pluses amidst these aspects.

it was a pretty good experience but there were a few things that stood out to me. I really appreciated that the room had ironing facilities. It was super convenient to be able to quickly iron out any wrinkles in my clothes before heading out. The heating in the room worked well, which was nice on chillier evenings. the air conditioning was a bit tricky. It pulled air from the kitchen area, which made the room temperature uneven, leading to either too cold or too warm situations. I loved that there were tea and coffee facilities in the room. It was nice to be able to brew a cup of tea in the evenings. The sitting area was cozy and offered a nice spot to relax after a long day of exploring Pigeon Forge. Unfortunately, the pool was shared and could get crowded at times, which wasn't ideal. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping the room clean and tidy each day. I found the kitchenware to be a bit sparse. It would have been nice to have more dishes to use. the security locks on the doors were zip-tied, which made me feel a bit uneasy about the safety of the building. On the bright side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They accommodated my request for a lower-level room, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast provided was fantastic and a real highlight of the stay. The pools, lazy river, and breakfast area were all well-maintained and enjoyable.

The kitchenette is a game changer with a full-size fridge and dishwasher. I loved the peaceful view of farmland and mountains, plus the little creek adds a charming touch.
The breakfast room is beyond crowded and could use a redesign.

The room had only one AC unit, which struggled to cool the bedroom while the living area was freezing. It made sleeping nearly impossible for my family. Major design flaw, honestly!

The kids had a blast at the pools and the theme park. We had enough space for everyone to feel comfy and the staff were friendly when we needed help.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but the experience felt worthwhile.

Decent stay with notable highlights. Requested rooms close together on a low level—success. Clean rooms, spacious enough for our family of five. The indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic, especially the lazy river. Staff were genuinely friendly, addressing issues promptly. breakfast could use improvement. The eggs and ham? Lukewarm. The chaotic morning scene? Less than ideal. Elevators were painfully slow, forcing us to use stairs. A few noisy kids disrupted our night's rest, which was disappointing. Despite these setbacks, the atmosphere was generally relaxed, and housekeeping was attentive. Minor upgrades needed, but the location is solid. Would consider staying again, but with tempered expectations.

Our family loved the wide open spaces and play areas at the charming hotel entrance. Kids had a blast running around freely. The surrounding fields were perfect for family picnics, and the location near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park allowed us to experience the call of the wild and enjoy picturesque hikes.
In my wife's opinion, more kid-friendly breakfast options could enhance the family experience.

The room was comfortable and spacious, perfect for our family of five, and the kitchenette was a nice touch. The pool area was a hit, especially the lazy river. A special mention goes to housekeeping, who made our daughters' stay memorable with their Build-a-Bears! Breakfast, while cute with bear waffles, needed more variety and space; it was always crowded. the slow elevator was a bit frustrating, and the cleanliness around the indoor pool could be improved. A couple of benches by the stream would enhance the outdoor space too! Would stay again.

My friends and I had a blast hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, only 20 minutes away. The hotel's front fountain and big open fields were perfect for running around and goofing off!
It would've been awesome to have a more happening nightlife scene for young party-loving peeps like us.

A convenient trolley stop made exploring attractions easy. The hotel embodied Smokies' spirit with modern rooms. Lazy river and hot tubs were great. A variety of restaurants nearby for dining. The staff was thorough when I thought I lost my ring.
One elevator? I'll take the stairs!

The room was surprisingly spacious with 2 queen beds and a pull-out sofa, great for families. The location, near attractions but away from noisy areas, was ideal. Moreover, the indoor and outdoor pools were clean and inviting for a relaxing dip after a day out exploring.
The breakfast offered could be improved, leading some guests to seek alternatives. Additionally, the lack of an easily accessible ice machine and quarters for laundry could be inconvenient.

Our family of 5 enjoyed the proximity to attractions and the excellent pool area. The staff exceeded our expectations with their helpfulness, and the rooms were always clean. We also appreciated the quiet environment and the convenience of being just a block away from the main road. I'll recommend this hotel.

Great location in the heart of a bustling area in a picturesque setting. The pool area, especially the outdoor pool with a lazy river, was a hit for relaxation. Rooms were well-maintained and clean, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring.
The indoor pool was overwhelming with the smell of chlorine, causing discomfort and breathing issues for some guests. The breakfast options were lacking, with some items being inedible.

As women travelling alone, we had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel in Pigeon Forge. The staff were incredibly hospitable and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel safe and comfortable. The location was perfect - just four minutes away from the bustling attractions of Pigeon Forge, yet secluded enough to enjoy the tranquility by the river. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including free Wi-Fi, ample parking, and a refreshing seasonal outdoor pool. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our trip.

we stay at the leconte hotel & convention center, ascend hotel collection every time we visit. the beds are so comfortable, and the staff is amazing. the indoor hot tub and pool are great, and there's coffee available all day. the breakfast ladies, leti and connie, are wonderful - they work hard to make sure everything is well stocked and greet us every morning.
Nothing to mention 😊
